Welcome to our first newsletter! Each month, you’ll be on the leading edge of marketing, branding and public relations, awash in great ideas for ensuring your messages are heard, seen and experienced loud and clear by the right audience at precisely the right moment.

I’ve been going to my local office supply store for 30 years. This local merchant recently mentioned he’s worried about the impending arrival of a big box office retailer in the next town. He knows he should step up his marketing, but he was confused about ‘new’ marketing (social media) and how it works. He wondered whether traditional marketing still had a role.

He knew the importance of branding, though, and that effective promotion meant engaging social technology and ‘new’ media. That’s where we come in. We love the challenges of ‘new’ marketing (and still use and respect the traditional ways). We know from experience that with the right mix of the science and art of marketing, brands aren’t just uplifted – they’re hand-delivered to waiting customers. Awareness rises. Sales increase. Profits flow.
